· Away for the Greens, more sunshine than cloud cover.

· Pick of this week is Wednesday, but Thursday looks pretty nice as well but warmer with a introduction of more humidity.

· With increasing humidity comes thunderstorms and this is looking like our next round of showers and thunderstorms and potentially severe weather.

· Some of this activity may linger into the first part of Saturday with better weather Sunday and Monday next week thanks to high pressure building in.

· Clouds with periods of sunshine developing this morning and into the portions of this afternoon before a showers and thunderstorms move in – some widely scattered thunderstorms to work in will be strong to potentially severe with gusty hail, locally heavy rainfall.

· Lightning levels likely elevated from moderate to intense bursts as this afternoon wears on.

· Be ready from thunderstorms to arrive moving in west to east quickly anytime from 2 PM into the early to mid evening before they exit to our east.

· A cooler drier Canadian air mass will move in Tuesday for a “transition day” setting up the two best days coming Wednesday and Thursday. Though Thursday lowered confidence with some potential for thunderstorms late into the Thursday night and especially Friday.

· Besides a minor threat for afternoon showers and thundershowers nearest the Quebec Vermont border we should see partly to mostly sunny skies.

· A weak frontal boundary that flares up scattered showers and isolated storms will push across mainly northern half of Vermont Saturday – but thunderstorm dodging and being aware will get you though the hazards – still practice lighting safety.

· Sunday will be a Georgia Peach but without the heavy humidity with tons of sunshine. Water temperatures have responded nicely for swimming boating kayaking, picnics and camping.

· Thunderstorms threats next week include Monday and Monday night into first part of Tuesday then another excellent break with higher pressure in control Wednesday into Thursday with more 80s. Big storms may return Friday.
