· Pick of the week today. Some minor smoke from Canadian wild fires has made it into the region promoting more a of a hazy looking baby blue sky but temperatures today will be at their warmest since the 22nd of April.
· A cold front with showers (some moderate to heavy briefly for a time) and perhaps a few benign thunderstorms mixed in moving through during the late part of the day into the early to mid evening.
· Unsettled weekend but with Saturday the far better day with mostly dry conditions setting up until later in the afternoon with a second cold front.
· An area of low pressure will develop with frontal passage and slow things down with some pretty hefty rainfall Sunday early to mid morning before blustery and chilly weather blows in.
· Wind gusts could reach to near 40 mph across high terrain on Sunday and again Monday moving some pretty chilly air into the region for early next week.
