Periods of light accumulating snow Barre-Montpelier area north. Additional accumulation dusting to 2” locally more western Green Mountain slopes. A high zero to 5 below. West to northwest winds 10 to 25 mph with higher gusts.

FRIDAY NIGHT: Periods of very light snow. A dusting to an inch Barre-Montpelier area north. A low 10 to 20 below combines with west to northwest winds 10 to 25 mph…producing dangerous wind chills of minus 25 to minus 40.
