TODAY: Overcast, gray & rather muggy. Effects from TS. Isaias arriving later this afternoon and tonight. Periods of soaking windblown rain developing…moderate to heavy at times especially this afternoon. A high 70 to 75. Winds become southeasterly 10 mph.

TONIGHT: Overcast. Windblown rain…moderate to heavy at times with a chance for embedded thunderstorms. A low near 65. East to northeast winds 10 to 20 mph with locally higher gusts, shifting to southwesterly late overnight.

WEDNESDAY: Morning showers, becoming widely scattered and eventually drying up in the afternoon. Otherwise clouds mixing with sun. A high mid-70s. Southwest winds 10 mph.
