· As hot as it will be today we should be out of the range of record breaking heat for the date.

· Dew point temperatures associated with stickiness or moisture will be climbing into the low and mid 60s later this afternoon pooling moisture out ahead of a cold front and you will definitely feel it.

· Thunder boomers tonight…though less extreme than what folks may see in portions of the Saint Lawrence valley of NY, and the Adirondacks. Thunder-Dog Index about 6 Champlain valley and 4 to 5 elsewhere.

· Relief from the heat arrives tomorrow with a beautiful day. A secondary disturbance rolls through Tuesday overnight into the day Wednesday with a few showers but nothing huge. Gardeners should likely water and irrigate this week.
