Updated Friday morning forecast & WX Notes — December 2nd, 2016

· Low pressure toward the Canadian Maritimes will influence our weather bringing moisture streams off the Great Lakes and converge them into mini frontal bands with one band coming through late Friday into Friday night tonight.

· This should combine with lowering freezing levels or snow levels dropping toward the valley floors this evening and overnight…good for about a dusting to 2” of snow fall with the most in the higher terrain…watch for snow coated roads tonight and tomorrow!

· We’ll see off and on intermittent snow showers predominant Saturday into Saturday evening with an influx of moisture coming off the Great Lakes, and proving another coating of light snow Saturday evening.

· Weak high pressure builds in Sunday but with colder temps in play. Sunshine should be at its most Sunday.

· Expect off and on weak weather systems to invade for all of next week, excepting as much more robust weather system that could bring us another round of freezing rain and terrible travel Thursday into Friday.
