Updated Wednesday morning forecast & WX Notes — October 26th, 2016

· Excepting for a few flurries possible in the Champlain valley, today will be drier but still rather cool and below normal in temperature.

· A very complex weather system will push in for Thursday afternoon and effect the region with mixed rain and wet snow once again. Some of this could be healthy across our intermediate level Green Mountains and highlands above 1500 feet Thursday night and Friday.

· Be ready for possible wet snow slushy accumulation on grassy surfaces primarily Friday morning.

· If temperatures drop cooler – some wet snow accumulation could grease up roads for Friday morning Commute in a few spots.

· But the weather system should be primarily rain valleys, and wet snow summits of the Green Mountains.

· The next weather system in the parade of storm from jet stream energy coming in from the west will bring rain Saturday and lots of leftover clouds for wet/dreary weekend.

· When might we see a sunny day — ? Monday looking good.
