Updated Wednesday morning Forecast & Weather Summary — June 29th, 2016

· More Thunderstorms but more scattered in nature today as an mid and upper level low pressure system with colder air aloft makes things unstable with any sunshine contributing to surface heating.

· The more clouds we have the less the chance for thunderstorm activity. Modeling indicates most sunshine in the valleys especially Connecticut River valley and also Champlain Valley but best conditions to support strongest storms will be toward the northern and eastern part of the state.

· Excellent conditions develop rapidly this early evening with clearing and an excellent day Thursday with dry weather and tons of sunshine.

· Friday has a few issues late in the day where increasing clouds, showers, and few New York thunderstorms arrive from the west. But most of the day should be dry.

· Saturday morning showers abate with sunny intervals in the PM, Sunday might see a few northern mountain sprinkles but not enough to mess up Sunday.

· Monday 4th of July – looking good.
