· Seasonal Temperatures the rest of this week with generally day times reaching into the 60s and night time low not as cold or frosty into the 40s and tonight even the 50s.

· Showers threats but not much develop toward midnight. Expect a limited amount of rainfall yet once again as we’ll continue extraordinarily dry!

· Higher pressure will rebuild back into the vicinity while a storm tracks southward through the Great Lakes into the Ohio River Valley.

· Eventually moisture will move back north around this system and threaten southern Vermont keeping northern areas fairly dry and just a few cloudy periods later in the week.

· Last day of summer will turn on Autumnal equinox by coincidence as a cold front will lower temperatures starting Friday.

· Expect sweater, jacket weather to blow in Friday and only continue into next week.

· Coolest weather comes Sunday and Monday then a slight rebound on temperatures back into the 60 to 65 degree levels middle of next week.

· Normal lows and high this time of year are for lows in the low to mid 40s…and highs low to mid 60s so a reality check shows we’ve been living high on the hog with this extended period of summer like weather.

· We are into “Meteorological Autumn” now even though Astronomical Autumn does not start until Thursday at 10:21 AM which is a “level Earth” as the earth wobbles’ with a developing tilt in the S. hemisphere.

· Temperature to remain more summer like than Fall-like with highs today easily seeing 80 degrees in many area. Areas that hold on longest to low clouds and …and along the northern tier areas of Vermont will see the coolest temperatures in the mid to upper 70s.

· Thursday – temp. levels heat up again back closer to near 80.
