THURSDAY NIGHT: Clear & partially moonlit. Frosty. Patchy valley fog. A low in the upper 20s to near 32 with a hard freeze many areas. Little wind.

FRIDAY: Morning fog, then sunshine with some high clouds. Highs mid to upper 50s. Light south winds stronger near Lake Champlain.
