Cool and quieter weather starts the week. Temperatures cold enough for jackets, and in the higher terrain parkas with annoying gusty northwest winds. Tomorrow one decent seasonable day ahead of the next rain showers which change over to snow showers Wednesday afternoon. Better weather follows but chilly.
