TONIGHT: Showers or periods of rain, especially late evening on briefly heavy with isolated rumbles of thunder. Breezy to windy. A low in the upper 40s. Gusty south winds 10 to 25 mph shifting to westerly with a cold frontal passage.

FRIDAY: Any leftover showers early, exiting the Northeast Kingdom. Mostly sunny by late morning. A high in the low 60s. Light southwest winds.
