· Changeable weather today as a warm front has pushed into northern areas and opening up a dry slot where partly to sunny skies should be the rule for a good period of time, until a cold front pushes in the from the northwest late today and this evening.

· Our weather should set up nicely for a decent Wednesday being the pick of the week.

· More unsettled weather will move in late this week with a complex area of low pressure and better chances for rain and eventually some of the coldest air we’ve seen yet arriving Saturday and Sunday.

· There a possibility of a minor snow accumulations in the northern high terrain late this weekend and into early next week.

TODAY: Morning clouds with leftover showers exiting early, then partly to mostly sunny. Breezy at times and warm. A high in the mid 70s. South breeze 10 to 20 mph.

TONIGHT: A round of showers becoming likely this evening, exiting to partial clearing overnight. Patchy dense valley fog. A low 50 to 55. Southwest breeze 10 to 15 mph diminishing overnight.

WEDNESDAY: Pick of the week – Partly to mostly sunny and continued mild. A high 60 to 65. West breeze 10 mph.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT: Fair early, then thickening clouds. A low 40 to 45.

THURSDAY: Clouding up with a good chance for showers and turning breezy. A high 50 to 55.

FRIDAY: Lots of clouds. Widely scattered morning showers becoming numerous in later in the afternoon. A low in the upper 40s. A high in the mid 60s.

SATURDAY: Chilly and raw with a chance for lingering showers. Showers may mix with wet snow flakes across high terrain. Blustery.A low 35 to 40. A high in the mid 40s.

SUNDAY: Mixed snow and rain showers. Possible wet snow accumulation northern Green Mountains. A low in the mid 30s. A high around 40.
