A weak cool front will traverse across the region Wednesday taking all day to reach into Vermont. The weather mechanism will trigger occasional showers and a few thunderstorms.

· Conditions improve but with mixed clouds and sun, and some low level moisture may be enough for a brief spotty mountain sprinkle barely measurable for both Thursday and Friday.

· High pressure dome on track to guard our weather like a hawk from any incoming systems including those to our south that are tropical…starting Saturday and lasting into Monday Labor Day.
